Since 1954 Jammet have a strong territorial implantation.
Transports JAMMET is an experienced, stable and perennial company in the Nouvelle Aquitaine.
1954 Jean Jammet founded his company in L’Isle-Jourdain in the south of the Vienne Region (86).The main activity was the transport of meat carcasses : from the slaughterhouses of the region to The Halles Market of Paris and La Villette Market.
1966 Aimé Jammet , became President and his wife, Marie Louise Jammet became Director general.
The company diversified and created a general freight transport activity.
1985 New orientation : The refrigerated batch transportation moves towards batch consolidation and distribution activities.
1989 The company stopped all industrial freight transport definitely and refocused on its refrigerated transport activity.
1991 Transfer of the company headquarters to Fleuré (on the N 147 highway). The company underwent strong growth.
1998 Patrice Jammet, became Président.
1999 Creation of the Agency Pays de Loire.
2011 Building of a logistics platform in Cholet (49) ZI du Cormier (Pays de Loire region).
2015 Building of a logistics platform in Heyrieux (38), zone du Buclay Sud (Rhône Alpes Region)
2016 Building of the Head office grouping together all “the support” services.
2018 Building of a multiproduct logistics platform : fresh; frozen, ambient and meat carcass on the site of Fleuré 86.
Establishment of the company HLS (Heyrieux Logistics services) with the extension of the logistics platform of Jammet Heyrieux Agency (38).
